7-9 Mar 2017 - Stage 1 : 54 Holes Playing Ability Test (Rd 1 & 2 morning session, Final Round afternoon session.
Stage 2 : Golf Rules and Etiquette Test which will be held subsequently
Entry Fee: RM500 per player to be paid before 1 March 2017.

Additional Info:
- The qualifying standard for the three days tournament is +12.
- Club Caddies rates - RM100 per day.
- Players are allowed to bring their own caddy.
- Players are not allowed to carry their own bag or using a trolley. Caddies however, are allowed to use trolley.
- Buggies & caddy are compulsory @ RM85 nett per buggy and RM55 nett per caddy for the official practice round.
- Any withdrawal 48 hours BEFORE the registration day for Stage 1, 50% of entry fee shall be forfeited, except for emergency or medical circumstances. Any withdrawal during the Trial, the entry fee shall be forfeited.
- PGAM reserves the right to accept or reject any applications without giving any reason.
