Our successfully concluded 2nd AGM held at Sri Selangor GC had a 104
member turn out. The event started with The Honorary Secretary
initiating the meeting followed by a thorough President's address that
also provided an insight to The PGAM's future.

Numerous topics were touched including The PGA Championship, PGA's own
Tour, Accreditation for our members and controlling foreign
professionals just to name a few.

During the meeting the members approved of and passed all resolutions
while appointing our auditors.

We concluded the meeting by opening up a Q&A session to the floor. The
AGM was adjourned by 11:45am sharp.

After a running lunch the AGM Challenge commenced in a Shotgun start
up format. All the participants started at 1:30pm. Unfortunately due
to weather constraints the tournament was abruptly halted with about 4
to 5 holes left to play. The game was officially called off at 5:30pm
and the council decided that the prize fund be decided evenly amongst
the 96 players.

The day ended with an early dinner where camaraderie were set,
acquaintances were re-set and new friendships were developed. A good
day for all members all in all.
