 Open to Malaysian amateur golfers with a handicap 4 and below.

Venue:           Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club
Date:               15 Feb 2016          -  Registration and Practice Round (Morning)
                            16-18 Feb 2016   -  Stage 1 : 54 Holes Playing Ability Test
                                                                  Stage 2 :  Golf Rules and Etiquette Test which will be held subsequently
Entry Fee:    RM500 per player to be paid before 12 February 2016.

                            *The following additional fees will be collected upon Stage 1 qualification:
                                        RM300 - PGAM Registration Fee
                                        RM200 - PGAM 2016 Annual Subscription Fee
                                        RM167   - P.A & Golf Insurance

Additional Info:

• The qualifying standard for the three days tournament is +12, based on the total aggregate average of 76, 76, 76.
• Club Caddies rates - RM100 per day.
• Players are allowed to bring their own caddy.
• Players are not allowed to carry their own bag or using a trolley.
• Buggies are compulsory @ RM65 nett per person for the official practice round.
• Any withdrawal 48 hours BEFORE the registration day for Stage 1, 50% of entry fee shall be forfeited, except for emergency or medical circumstances. Any withdrawal during the Trial, the entry fee shall be forfeited.
• PGAM reserves the right to accept or reject any applications without giving any reason.
